We are The Bourgeois Brothers, Kohl (aka Cole) and Laird (aka Mav). Until recently we were separate entities, not knowing of the other until fate brought us together. Born of the same mother, but separated by time and space. Our lives followed the same paths leading us to the moment we were reunited a few years ago and discovered we were one entity, The Bourgeois Brothers. Mav, an accomplished songwriter and synth wizard, and Cole, a singer and visual lyricist.

Our love for music, fashion and fabulousness is coming together in a cross Atlantic collaboration of creativity through technology. We unite our styles and influences. In one you have flamboyance and charisma, in the other , arrogance and complexity. It works. WE are electro, we are glam, we are avante garde, we are moody, we are sincere, we are fabulous. We are The Bourgeois Brothers.

Big news on the The Bourgeois Brothers front.
Work on finalising our second, and last, album is almost done.
This is a different feel from our first album, every song is different and some are quite deep, it’s a mixture of pure electro to synth jazz and everything in between and each song has an attachment to myself or Cole.
As I said, it’s our last work, this is due to the difficulties in being 6000 miles apart and being unable to be in a studio together and with no support. We are proud of how far we have come with this album from our early ventures. We shall pursue individual projects after this, but for now, stay fabulous and get ready for the release, and who knows, maybe we will be back.
